MPSRN: An Introduction

Since 2015 Nova Scotia, PEI, and New Brunswick have been using the ‘Maratime Public Safety Radio Network’. This is a 200+ site P25 Phase 1 trunked system shared between the 3 provinces. Sites are located on Bell Mobility cell towers and pre-existing public safety tower sites across the Maritimes. Sites have 3-10 voice channels depending on the location and number of users.
